What are the two types of country restrictions RedotPay publishes?
RedotPay maintains two distinct restriction lists in its Help Center. The first covers 35 countries and regions where the service itself is not available — residents cannot create an account or use RedotPay. The second covers 47 countries and regions where card issuance is blocked; every country on the first list also appears on the second, with 12 additional countries where account access may be possible but no card can be issued.
In plain terms: if your country is on the first list, you cannot use RedotPay at all. If your country is only on the second list (not the first), you may be able to open an account but will not be able to receive a virtual or physical RedotPay card. The 12 countries in this second-only position are: Albania, Croatia, India, Indonesia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Morocco, Nepal, North Macedonia, Singapore, Slovenia, and Turkey.

Special cases: Japan and Brazil
Japan (as of November 2026): Japan does not appear on the official unsupported list (article 10339263), but RedotPay Group issued a separate official notice stating it does not hold a crypto-asset exchange service provider registration in Japan. As a result, RedotPay stopped new member registrations in Japan and removed its app from the Japanese App Store and Google Play. Services for existing users in Japan will be restricted progressively and eventually terminated; details will follow in future announcements. RedotPay has acquired BTCBOX Co., Ltd., a registered crypto-asset exchange in Japan, and plans to offer Japan-compliant services through it. What if my country does not appear on either list?
Not appearing on either restriction list is a necessary but not sufficient condition for access. RedotPay does not publish a confirmed list of supported countries, and app store descriptions citing “100+ countries” are not reflected in any official Help Center article. Availability can also vary with periodic list updates, local regulations, and app store distribution decisions in your region.
