Where can’t RedotPay be used?
RedotPay publishes two separate lists: countries and regions where you cannot register an account, and countries where it does not issue cards. We keep both, with sources and dates, on our supported countries page. A country that is missing from both lists is not a guarantee that you can use RedotPay; the app decides during sign-up and identity verification.

Does a country guide mean RedotPay is available there?
No. A guide shows what RedotPay’s official lists say about that country on the date we checked. Whether you can open an account is decided by RedotPay during sign-up and identity verification.
Why is there no sign-up button on the Pakistan and India pages?
RedotPay does not issue cards to residents of India. For Pakistan, we have not been able to confirm how the new virtual asset rules apply, so we do not promote sign-ups there until that is clear.
How often are these pages checked?
We re-check RedotPay’s restriction lists every week and update the date on each page when we do.
