Can I withdraw cash at an ATM with a RedotPay card?
Yes — but only with the physical card. RedotPay’s physical card works at any ATM that accepts major card networks. The virtual card is for online and in-store contactless payments and cannot be used at ATMs. If you do not have a physical card yet, the issuance fee is US$100; Pro Annual members receive a one-time waiver of that fee. What does a RedotPay ATM withdrawal cost?
RedotPay charges a percentage-based fee on each ATM withdrawal. The rate depends on your card’s denomination and how much you have already withdrawn in the current month.
| Card currency | Monthly withdrawal amount | ATM fee rate | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| USD card | Up to US$10,000 | 2% | Help Center 10622095, checked 2026-11-07 |
| USD card | Portion above US$10,000 | 3% | Help Center 10622095, checked 2026-11-07 |
| HKD card | All withdrawals | 2% | Help Center 10622095, checked 2026-11-07 |
Two additional fees can stack on top of the base ATM fee depending on your situation:
- Other-currency fee (1.2%): If the ATM dispenses a currency that is different from your card’s denomination — for example, using a USD card at a machine that only dispenses euros — RedotPay adds a 1.2% foreign exchange fee. (Help Center 10622095, checked 2026-11-07)
- Crypto conversion fee (1%): When your card balance is funded from a crypto asset, RedotPay charges 1% at the point of conversion. This applies to the top-up, not the withdrawal itself — but it is part of the total cost of getting cash out. (Help Center 10622095, checked 2026-11-07)
How much is the RedotPay ATM withdrawal limit?
RedotPay does not publish per-day or per-transaction ATM withdrawal limits in its public Help Center. The only published monthly figure is the US$10,000/month threshold at which the USD-card fee rate rises from 2% to 3%. For the current limits on your account, check the app directly.
How do I calculate the total cost of an ATM withdrawal?
The worked examples below use a USD card at an ATM that dispenses USD (so no other-currency fee applies). The 1% crypto conversion is included as it is part of the realistic cost of going from crypto to cash. All rates are from Help Center 10622095 (checked 2026-11-07).
Example A — standard user, US$500 in a month
US$500 is well inside the US$10,000 monthly threshold, so the 2% rate applies in full.
| Fee component | Calculation | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| ATM withdrawal fee (2%) | US$500 × 2% | US$10.00 |
| Crypto conversion fee (1%) | US$500 × 1% | US$5.00 |
| Total RedotPay fees | US$15.00 (3.0%) |
Example B — high-volume user, US$12,000 in a month
The first US$10,000 is charged at 2%, and the remaining US$2,000 is charged at 3%.
| Fee component | Calculation | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| ATM fee on first US$10,000 (2%) | US$10,000 × 2% | US$200.00 |
| ATM fee on next US$2,000 (3%) | US$2,000 × 3% | US$60.00 |
| Total ATM fee | US$260.00 | |
| Crypto conversion fee (1%) | US$12,000 × 1% | US$120.00 |
| Total RedotPay fees | US$380.00 (3.17%) |
Verification: US$10,000 × 0.02 = US$200; US$2,000 × 0.03 = US$60; US$200 + US$60 = US$260 ATM fee. US$12,000 × 0.01 = US$120 crypto conversion. US$260 + US$120 = US$380 total. ✓
These examples cover only RedotPay’s own fees. ATM operators may also charge a surcharge of their own — RedotPay does not publish or control this amount. Always read the ATM screen before confirming.

Does RedotPay Pro waive ATM fees?
Pro Annual membership includes a monthly ATM fee waiver of up to US$1,000. Within that allowance, RedotPay charges zero ATM withdrawal fees. The waiver covers only RedotPay’s own fees — not any surcharge added by the ATM operator. The monthly counter resets on your billing cycle date each month. (Help Center 14686020, checked 2026-11-07)
The Pro Monthly plan (US$12.90/month) does not include an ATM fee waiver. Only the annual plan (US$129/year) carries this benefit.
| Membership tier | Price | ATM fee waiver | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard (no Pro) | US$0/year | None | Help Center 10622095, checked 2026-11-07 |
| Pro Monthly | US$12.90/month | None | Help Center 14686020, checked 2026-11-07 |
| Pro Annual | US$129/year | Up to US$1,000/month at 0% | Help Center 14686020, checked 2026-11-07 |
Does Pro Annual pay for itself through the ATM benefit alone?
At the standard 2% rate, a standard user who withdraws US$1,000/month would pay US$1,000 × 2% × 12 = US$240 in ATM fees per year. With Pro Annual at US$129/year, that same user pays US$0 in ATM fees on those withdrawals and saves US$240 − US$129 = US$111 net — before counting the physical card waiver (US$100) or the 3% cashback on Apple Pay and Google Pay (up to US$18/month). The break-even is at roughly US$538/month in ATM use (US$129 ÷ 2% ÷ 12 ≈ US$538).
Pro Annual members who withdraw more than US$1,000 in a given month pay the standard rate on the excess amount. You can track your used credit and remaining limit inside the app at any time.
Will the ATM operator charge a separate fee?
Many ATM operators add their own service charge on top of RedotPay’s withdrawal fee. This is a common practice worldwide and is separate from — and not covered by — either RedotPay’s withdrawal fee or the Pro Annual waiver. The amount varies by machine and country and is typically shown on screen before you confirm the transaction. RedotPay does not publish or reimburse these operator charges.
Can I withdraw cash in Pakistan or other countries?
The ATM fee structure above applies globally — RedotPay does not publish country-specific ATM fee schedules. What varies by country is whether you can get a card at all, and whether the ATM dispenses your card’s denomination (which affects whether the 1.2% other-currency fee applies).
Users in Pakistan can get the RedotPay card (Pakistan does not appear on the card-issuance restrictions list as of 2026-11-07). For country-specific availability, see the supported countries page. India is on the card-issuance restrictions list, so the physical card — and therefore ATM access — is not available there; see the India information page for details.

FAQ
Is there an ATM fee with RedotPay?
Yes. RedotPay charges 2% on ATM withdrawals up to US$10,000 per month on a USD card, and 3% on any amount above that in the same month. The HKD card is charged at 2% on all withdrawals. Pro Annual members receive a monthly fee waiver covering the first US$1,000 in withdrawals; standard rates apply above that. (Help Center 10622095, checked 2026-11-07; Help Center 14686020, checked 2026-11-07)
Does the ATM operator add its own fee?
It is possible. Many ATM operators charge an independent service fee that RedotPay does not control or reimburse. This includes Pro Annual members: the waiver covers only fees levied by RedotPay, not surcharges set by the machine’s owner. Check the ATM screen before confirming your withdrawal.
Can I withdraw cash with the virtual card?
No. ATM withdrawals require the physical RedotPay card. The virtual card is designed for online purchases and contactless payments and cannot be used at ATMs. If you need cash access, you will need to order the physical card (US$100 issuance fee; waived for Pro Annual members).
